is additional news AFTER I retain this physician?
For ONE YEAR after you order

How long does it take?
On almost all searches, you will
receive the results within 72 hours by return E-mail.
If for any reason it takes longer, we will notify you
by E-mail that we will be taking an additional 24 to 48
hours to complete the search. Such an extension beyond
the typical 72 hours is usually related to either a heavy
backlog of requests for our service or technical problems
